Coolman AI courses are intended for students currently studying in Classes 6 to 12. Enrollment must be done by a parent or legal guardian for students under the age of 18.

2. Course Access

Upon successful registration and payment, students will receive access to the selected course(s) as per the communicated schedule.

Classes are conducted online via video conferencing platforms. Required links and materials will be shared via registered communication channels.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any reason.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final. No refunds will be provided for missed classes, no-shows, or cancellations.

4. Code of Conduct

Students must attend classes on time and maintain respectful behavior during sessions.

Disruptive behavior, misuse of platform tools, or any form of harassment will lead to removal from the course without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Coolman AI.

These materials are provided solely for personal educational use and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

6. Changes to Courses or Schedules

Coolman AI reserves the right to modify course schedules, content, or instructors when necessary. Students will be notified of any such changes in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best educational experience, Coolman AI shall not be held liable for any technical failures, interruptions, or other issues beyond our control.

We are not responsible for how students use the skills learned, especially in public or competitive environments.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a student’s access to a course for violation of these terms, with or without notice, and without a refund (except as covered in our refund policy).
