We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By enrolling, you agree that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of:

  • Attending only part of the course

  • Losing interest after the first class

  • Internet or technical issues on your end

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Missing the first class or joining late

Please ensure your availability and readiness before enrolling.

2. Cancellation by Coolman AI

In rare cases where we must cancel or reschedule a class or course (e.g., due to instructor unavailability or low enrollment):

You will be notified in advance.

We may offer an alternative batch or a full refund at your choice.

3. Transfer Requests

We do not offer mid-course transfers between different course batches or students unless explicitly approved due to special circumstances.
