We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By enrolling, you agree that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of:
Attending only part of the course
Losing interest after the first class
Internet or technical issues on your end
Personal scheduling conflicts
Missing the first class or joining late
Please ensure your availability and readiness before enrolling.
2. Cancellation by Coolman AI
In rare cases where we must cancel or reschedule a class or course (e.g., due to instructor unavailability or low enrollment):
You will be notified in advance.
We may offer an alternative batch or a full refund at your choice.
3. Transfer Requests
We do not offer mid-course transfers between different course batches or students unless explicitly approved due to special circumstances.

Student’s full name

Date of first class
